The replacement to New Leader Essentials (NLE) has been released. "This Is Scouting" has been uploaded to www.olc.scouting.org. The Council Training Committee is currently reviewing “This is Scouting” so that they can make the decision about when to discontinue teaching NLE. Everyone is incouraged to log on and take this new training. It should take about 1 hour to complete depending on your download speed.

Also, you will find that the links to "Climb on Safely" and "Trek Safely" are now available as well. There is a new resource available for leadership training called "TLT" or "Troop Leadership Training" availible on the National Website or you can download it below.

As always remember to pirnt TWO copies of your e-learning certificate - one for your records and one to turn in at roundtable to your District Training Chair or your District Executive.
