Cub Scouts tested their skills at this year's annual Cub Scout Klondike at Huston Woods State Park, Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009.  Packs from both Darke and Preble Districts faced ten different challenge stations throughout a cold but dry Saturday.  Each event scored 1st-3rd place ribbons, looking at overall participation.  From these overall event standings, 1st-3rd place grand champions are recognized for each district (i.e. 1st-3rd place in Darke district and 1st-3rd place in Preble district).  Each district's travelling trophies will be passed to this year's winners at the March leader's roundtable (see calendar for your district).

The event was a huge success with over 100 Cub Scouts competing!

Grand Champions for both Darke and Preble Districts were determined.  Every Pack placed in at least one event!  Great job Cub Scouts!!!
